Inlet Acoustic Louver

Product Introduction:

Acoustic louvres are versatile window coverings that allow full air circulation while reducing noise transmission to the surrounding environment or preventing external noise from interfering indoors.

They are suitable for places with ventilation and noise reduction requirements such as factory buildings, equipment rooms, boiler rooms, pump rooms, and generator rooms, and are typically installed at air inlets.

Structural Performance:

The frame and blades of the acoustic louvres are made of galvanized steel sheets, but can also be constructed from aluminum or stainless steel plates upon customer request. The filling material consists of 24–48 kg/m³ ultra-fine centrifugal glass wool boards, covered with alkali-free hydrophobic glass cloth. The exterior surface can be spray-coated, with a variety of colors available.

Noise reduction: 5–15 dB(A).

CJ-XBY type acoustic louvres can be categorized by blade shape into folded plate, parallelogram, and water droplet shapes.

The thickness of the acoustic louvres mainly comes in three types: 300mm, 400mm, and 500mm. Custom designs are also available based on opening dimensions, ventilation volume, and noise reduction requirements.
